Linde Material Handling Debuts Connected Fleet Platform and Electric Lift Truck at MODEX 2026
April 9, 2026
ATLANTA (April 9, 2026) — Linde Material Handling (LMH) today unveiled myLinde, a fleet management software, and a new electric counterbalance forklift, the E18-E20, at MODEX 2026. The new solutions are being showcased at booth #B11925, where Linde will also host a press conference on Tuesday, April 14 at 10:00 a.m. ET and where attendees can see how the company is bringing optimized intelligence, connectivity and performance to modern material handling environments.
myLinde: Turning fleet data into actionable, AI-powered intelligence
Built in-house, myLinde is a telematics-based fleet management platform designed to give operations managers greater transparency and control across their fleets. Combining on-truck connectivity with a cloud-based dashboard, myLinde provides a centralized view of safety metrics, service and repair schedules, equipment utilization and energy performance.
myLinde is redefining how fleet data is accessed and applied with the introduction of AI-powered natural language intelligence. Instead of navigating complex menus or exporting manual reports, fleet managers can simply ask questions through an integrated chat interface and receive immediate, validated answers. Whether evaluating equipment utilization, analyzing safety trends or identifying operational bottlenecks, myLinde delivers clear, actionable insights in seconds, turning complex data into real-time decision support, with a built-in intelligence architecture that ensures responses are accurate, complete and ready to act on.
With faster access to reliable insights, fleet managers can spend less time analyzing data and more time optimizing performance, reducing inefficiencies, addressing risks earlier and making smarter operational decisions in the moment.
Designed to seamlessly support mixed fleets, myLinde’s modular architecture allows new capabilities to be added without replacing existing hardware, enabling the platform to evolve alongside customer needs. In all, myLinde helps shift fleet management from a reactive challenge to a proactive advantage, giving customers greater control over their operations.
“myLinde gives operators a clearer picture of what’s happening across their fleet and what to do next – whether it’s a major change or a seemingly small tweak that pays dividends,” said Jack Kaumo, Director of Key Accounts and Intralogistics Sales. “We designed it especially for fleet managers who want to squeeze every ounce of efficiency and productivity out of their warehouse operations.”
Linde E18-E20: Built for performance, visibility and uptime
The E18-E20 electric counterbalance forklift, which will showcase the benefits of a connected fleet within the myLinde platform, is engineered to elevate operator performance and deliver consistent, reliable operations in tough conditions. Designed to withstand demanding environments, the truck offers a total lift capacity of 4,000 pounds to heights reaching more than 17 feet in certain configurations. Its proprietary quad mast, designed and built by Linde in South Carolina, enhances forward visibility for operators, even in high-lift situations where clear sightlines and precise maneuverability are crucial.
Featuring Linde’s integrated lithium-ion battery system, the E18-E20 is built to maximize uptime, simplify operations and achieve greater performance consistency over time. When connected to myLinde, battery and usage data are seamlessly incorporated into the fleet dashboard, giving teams a more complete view of equipment health and performance.
“The E18-E20 electric forklift represents the very best of Linde engineering, innovation and design,” said John Pizarro, Senior Product Manager, Electric Counterbalance. “This truck is designed inside and out around what we hear from customers every day: delivering stronger performance while helping operators stay productive and operations run more consistently.”
Attendees can experience both solutions firsthand at MODEX 2026 in booth #B11925, along with additional highlights including Linde’s lithium-ion battery solutions and a preview of its digital twin technology in the works with NVIDIA and Accenture.
